What We Do: I am a Registered Dietitian that specializes in Sports Nutrition, but works with all populations who are interested in practicing health. A Healthlete, which is the name of my company, is anyone who practices Wellness with Focus, Food and Fitness (part of my logo). I have a great website that is a continual work in progress.
